At FreshnFlower, your satisfaction is important to us. As we deal with fresh, perishable flower products, we follow a strict but fair Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure quality and hygiene are maintained.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and garlands:
We do not accept returns once an item has been successfully delivered.
Please inspect the product at the time of delivery and inform us immediately if there is an issue.
If you receive:
A damaged product, or
A wrong item that doesn’t match your order
Please notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp at +91 91768 27272 or email us at [email protected].
We will provide either:
A free replacement, or
A full/partial refund, based on the situation.
Note: Claims made after 1 hour of delivery may not be accepted due to the perishable condition of the products.
Customized garlands and bulk floral orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To cancel an order and receive a full refund:
