1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Chennai city limits. If you're unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timings

• Delivery hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon - Sat)

• We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery, based on availability.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery is available at a minimal cost based on distance from our location.

• Final delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

• Free delivery may be available on select products or during special promotions.

4. Delivery Process

• Our delivery team will contact you before arriving at the location.

• Please ensure that the recipient is available at the address during the scheduled time.

• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may attempt to contact you. A second delivery attempt may incur additional charges.

For confirmation and quality assurance, our team may take a photo upon delivery (with customer consent) or request a signature from the recipient.
